Return and Exchange Policy

At wingzaa, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Return and Exchange Policy is prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

1. Payment Method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • All payments are made through approved electronic payment methods only.


2. Return & Exchange Timeframe

  • If the return request is not due to an error on our part, the customer must notify us within 24 hours from the time of receiving the product.

  • Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect.


3. Condition of Returned Items

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and the original invoice.

  • Any product showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return or exchange.


4. Errors from Our Side

  • If the product received is incorrect, defective, or damaged due to our error, the customer is entitled to a full refund (100%) or a replacement.

  • No fees or deductions will be applied in such cases.


5. Returns Not Caused by Our Error

  • If the return is requested for reasons not related to our mistake (such as change of mind or incorrect order by the customer), a 2.5% deduction will be applied to the refund amount to cover bank and transfer fees.

  • The remaining balance will be refunded after inspection and approval.


6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed using the same payment method used during the purchase.

  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.


7. Inspection & Approval

  • All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund that does not comply with this policy.
