  • Products must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds or exchanges are not available for products that have been used or damaged by the customer.

  • Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  • If the product is eligible for exchange, we will send a replacement product after receiving the original item.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
