It is a high protein dietary supplement that contains fat- and water-soluble
essential amino acids, minerals and fatty acids. Spirulina, known as the
“Food of Gods”, supplies quick energy, it enhances endurance, stimulates
the immune system and protects the intestinal bacterial flora. It has a high
nutritional intake, it is a restorative tonic and anti-oxidant supplement, it
purifies and detoxifies the organism by contrasting the action of free radicals.
It is one of the most complete and balanced food existing in nature; it has
a high assimilation power and represents the ideal supplement for the diet
of granivorous birds. Until today, there are not enough detailed studies on
natural colouring agents contained in Spirulina and its effect on lipochrome.
It is therefore advisable to use Spirulina carefully during the moulting period
and during the colouring phase of lipochromic birds.

WE RECOMMEND
A daily dosage of 10-20 g per kg of food is specially advised during brooding. It can be fed,
during the breeding season and the hand-feeding period, in combination with other sources
of animal-origin amino acids with the aim of increasing the protein content of soft food.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Use: mix well with food. Dose: 5-10 g per kg of food.
Duration of treatment: 10 consecutive days.
Maintenance: twice a week.
