Return and Exchange Policy
At wingzaa, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Return and Exchange Policy is prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
1. Payment Method
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
All payments are made through approved electronic payment methods only.
If the return request is not due to an error on our part, the customer must notify us within 24 hours from the time of receiving the product.
Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and the original invoice.
Any product showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return or exchange.
If the product received is incorrect, defective, or damaged due to our error, the customer is entitled to a full refund (100%) or a replacement.
No fees or deductions will be applied in such cases.
If the return is requested for reasons not related to our mistake (such as change of mind or incorrect order by the customer), a 2.5% deduction will be applied to the refund amount to cover bank and transfer fees.
The remaining balance will be refunded after inspection and approval.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used during the purchase.
Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund that does not comply with this policy.
